Initiate Your Request
Log into your Zellerfeld account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Place the footwear in its original 100% recyclable box, ensuring all internal packaging materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our facility, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
